Refund policy

At flyamigo, we take tremendous time and effort to organize the trips to maximize the fun and value of the pilots.  Once we sign agreements with supporting partners and vendors, we can't always undo them.  Because of this, and to protect the time spent, we must follow the following refund rules:

• Cancellations before two (2) months of the trip start date will receive a full refund, less any deposits made.
• Cancellations between two (2) months and one (1) month of the trip start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within one (1) month of the trip start date will not receive a refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless a suitable replacement is found for your spot.

For example, if the trip start date is December 15:

• If the cancellation is made on October 14 or earlier, a full refund will be given, less any deposits made.
• If the cancellation is made anytime between (and including) October 15 and November 15, then 50% refund will be given, less any deposits made.
• If the cancellation is made on November 16 or later, no refund will be given.
• If a suitable replacement is found, the deposit would be refundable.

We reserve the right to terminate any trips due to unforeseen circumstances.   In the situations where Flyamigo, LLC terminates the trip, your booking will be fully refundable, including any deposits made, regardless when that cancellation takes place.
